Hydraulic cut-off and double-ended machining unit suitable for the pre-processing of trapezoidal-thread spindles as well as other round workpieces. Operations include cutting from bar stock and simultaneous machining of both ends such as chamfering, face milling, and drilling with the workpiece stationary and rotating tools.

In 2011, a comprehensive mechanical overhaul was conducted to optimize the positioning and centering accuracy at a cost of €25,000. In addition, switches, some cables, ball bearings, seals, hydraulic hoses, etc. were replaced.

The machine has had very little use in recent years; the total operating hours are estimated by the seller to be approx. 24,000.

This is a used machine, therefore we sell with exclusion of any warranty.
