Manufacturer’s description:
Equipped with two automation units – a loading and an unloading unit – the LaserFLEX enables decoupling of the feeding of a laser cutting system. After cutting, a fork unit lifts the processed metal sheet from the shuttle table. At the same time, a new sheet is transported from the connected storage by a vacuum unit. Once the sheet is positioned next to the laser system, the machine is loaded with the workpiece by the unloader. The entire process takes only one minute. With the LaserFLEX, the downtimes of integrated laser cutting systems are reduced to almost zero, as even high-speed lasers are optimally supported.
