General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are engineered with a dual-acting (ram + blankholder) system architecture for high-tonnage sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. The 8-guided H-frame structure ensures high rigidity throughout the pressing cycle and reliably maintains parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances even at large table sizes.

The CHSP 1000/350 model is specifically designed for deep drawing processes requiring controlled material flow, with a main ram capacity of 1000 tons and a blankholder force of 350 tons. Common fields of use include automotive, white goods, defense, and heavy industries. Its vibration stress-relieved welded steel construction ensures a long service life and robust, reliable operation.
