1. Tank
Self-supporting tank construction, outlet cones with a minimum angle of 45° and removable outlets, Ø 800 mm. Tank material AlMg 4.5 Mn. Design, manufacturing, and acceptance according to the current Pressure Equipment Directive
2 x reinforcement gusset plates (base plates Ø 400 mm) in the cone/shell area, mounted on the right and left sides per cone
3 x filling ports, hinged/swing, with stainless steel toggle fasteners, flush inside, Ø 450 mm, including rubber support
Rain gutter closed at the front, open at the rear
Catwalk and folding safety rail (height: 1.0 m) left side, with rear access ladder. Folding rail mounted in Teflon bushings, pneumatically operated from below. Ladder and folding safety rail in anodized aluminium, all components made from non-corrosive materials

2. Discharge system
2 x MPO outlet DN 800/150/80, aluminium with bolted steel hopper, with mat aeration.
The aeration mat is accessible from outside after removing the outlet
2 x floor inspection hatches with steel plate, black gasket and remote control mounted on the outlet hopper. Discharge line DN 80, made of steel, routed to the rear.
1 x sampling valve 1" mounted on the discharge line (position: after the first shut-off device)

1 x ball valve with remote control DN 80, ring nozzle and Storz B coupling with steel insert mounted at the pipe end
2 x pinch valves DN 80 as shut-off elements in the line
1 x ring nozzle DN 80 mounted in the line, using the standard auxiliary air supply (position: mounted directly after the pinch valve of cone 1)

3. Air Distribution
1 x compressor hose DN 65, plastic, Storz B coupling, approx. 2.87 m long, with integrated clamps. Air distributor pipe 2 1/2" aluminium, left side, front with 90° bend, straight seat check valve (brass) and Storz B coupling. External air connection, with 90° bend and Storz C coupling mounted at the end of the air distributor pipe, in the area of the rear support.
Top air operated via high-quality sleeve ball valves 2", 2 x auxiliary air with 2" angle seat check valve brass and 2 x aeration 1 1/2". Tank pressure gauge and safety valve mounted on aluminium cast top air adapter, with 2" vent valve. Air routed upwards onto the tank via exhaust hose.
1 x top air 2", rear left, in hose version with integrated clamps. Air hoses for auxiliary air and aeration with integrated clamps. 1 x additional tank pressure gauge mounted on the front air distributor pipe.
