Resonance Test Bench POWER SWINGLY 20 kN
The POWER SWINGLY BigTable resonance test bench is designed as a dual-mass oscillator.
It consists of a vibration head, excited by an unbalance motor via a frequency-controlled asynchronous motor, mounted in the upper part of the machine and generating the dynamic amplitude.
The vibration head is supported by pre-stressed helical compression springs on the upper crossbeam and is guided centrally.
The mid-load drive is located in the lower part of the machine and applies the static preload using a geared motor via a spindle drive.
The specimen chamber is located above the clamping table and is limited towards the top by the adjustable crossbeam.
Control of the test bench is managed by the EXCITING MOT control system.
All control electronics are housed in an industrial PC cabinet.
The control cabinet is made from powder-coated sheet steel and meets protection class IP 50 according to EN 60529.
