For melt cutting steel sheets of all strengths and hardnesses up to a cutting height of approx. 25 - 30 mm, the machine features
a direct rapid feed with a cutting speed of 3,000 or optionally 4,000 m/min.

- Saw guides
The machine is equipped with 2 different saw blade guides:
* 1 x precision saw blade guide with replaceable, carbide-tipped, ground and lapped guide inserts
for 4, 6, 8 and 10 mm blade widths
* 1 set of guide rings for 20 mm wide saw bands for machining metals and plastics
at higher cutting speeds as well as for melt cuts.
