A KraussMaffei RIMSTAR B2000 16/40 is being offered. The machine has been professionally flushed, dismantled, and is currently in storage. The scope of delivery includes a heated IBC container for ISO and POLY with pumps to the heated day tanks, each equipped with a corresponding heating unit. Both radial piston pumps are automatically hydraulically adjustable during operation to maintain a constant mixing ratio during each shot. The ISO pump is a 16L unit, and the POLY pump is a 40L unit. The package includes a switching unit with an 8m hose package, terminating in a KM mixing head 12/18. The price includes only the equipment as shown. Transportation is at the buyer’s expense; the equipment is sold without warranty. Assembly of the system incl. commissioning and a 3-day training (in English or German) is available at a cost of €9,500. For commissioning, the customer must provide ISO and POLY materials (200 kg each) as well as 100L of hydraulic oil. This offer is valid exclusively within the EU, the UK, Switzerland, and Norway. An additional KM mixing head 8/12 can be purchased for €6,000, or a 12/18 for €10,500. Loading of the system is included; transport, customs clearance, and unloading are the buyer’s responsibility. If the system is assembled by us, unloading will only take place in the presence of our staff member.
