The frame and chassis are made of hot-dip galvanized steel, providing the sandwich box with a long service life.
The floor of the sandwich body is made of multi-layer, water-resistant special plywood with an anti-slip phenolic resin coating.
The box construction features 30 mm thick sandwich panels with a core of foamed polyurethane and double-sided galvanized, polyester-coated steel sheeting.
The sandwich box’s framing is made of anodized aluminum, as are the torsion-resistant rear portal and the rear rain gutter.
The door hinges, lockable rod lock, and door retainers are manufactured from stainless steel.
Plastic door seals are fitted to allow for safe, water-protected transportation of your goods.
