The Gleason-Welter 2000 T bevel gear testing machine was designed as a universal machine and is used by manufacturers of gears and transmission technologies for single flank rolling tests of bevel and crown gears.

Special Features:
Angle hypoid testing device, suitable for inspecting larger sizes of bevel and hypoid gears with diameters up to 2,000 mm and shaft angles from 0 to 360 degrees, as well as spur, helical, and internal gears.
Deviations in gear geometry, machining errors due to defective tools, as well as gear damage can thus be detected and eliminated before assembly.

- Runout and roundness
