Consists of 5 work elements:

Oscillating grinding roller for use with abrasive cloth (non-woven abrasives)
Ø 450 mm, 1,400 mm wide x 1,540 long, with pneumatically adjustable belt tension, 11 kW drive

Brush roller unit with two counter-rotating brush roller shafts
Ø 350 mm, drive 2 x 5.5 kW, abrasive flap wheels or non-woven flap abrasives, adjustable for wear.

Brush roller unit for accommodating 2 rollers with Ø 250 mm, drive 2 x 5.5 kW, rollers adjustable by handwheel, also ideal for removing oxide layers.

Wet grinding system with band filter unit and closed water circuit, installed below the conveyor belt and easy to pull out from the machine.

Washing and drying unit, designed for a minimum workpiece length of 80 mm, adjustable water and air supply, etc.

Workpiece transport is via a continuous conveyor belt at the front (minimum part length 350 mm) with a vacuum suction unit on the right-hand side across 300 mm width as well as a magnetic track with 300 mm width, for holding small parts down to a minimum of 80 mm in length.

Frequency inverter for stepless speed control of the abrasive flap brushes from 250 – 1,000 rpm (position 2, top), as well as for the conveyor feed.

Control panel with clearly arranged controls and digital display for roller adjustment, 4 ammeters for monitoring the roller drives, control LEDs.
Quick-change system for side removal of abrasive flap brushes and various spare rollers with abrasive fleece and brush bristles.
