General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are engineered with a double-acting working principle to ensure controlled material flow for sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. Thanks to the 8-slide H-frame design, maximum rigidity is maintained throughout the pressing process, and parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are stably preserved along the full stroke.

The CHSP 600/200 model, featuring a 600-ton main ram and a 200-ton lower cushion (pot) capacity, is designed to provide full control over the die and workpiece during high-tonnage deep drawing and spinning operations. The frame construction is stress-relieved by vibration to ensure long-lasting and reliable operation.
