General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are designed with a double-acting working principle to provide controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. The 8-guideway H frame structure ensures maximum rigidity during the pressing process; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are consistently maintained throughout the stroke.

The CHSP 150/50 model features a 150-ton main ram and a 50-ton blank-holder ram (cushion), engineered for precise and repeatable deep drawing operations. The frame construction is stress-relieved through vibration to ensure durable and reliable service life.
