The CRONOSSTECH 300 / 100 ton column-type hydraulic deep drawing press is a high-rigidity, four-column hydraulic press solution developed for metal forming, deep drawing, and precision pressing applications.

The St52-grade welded steel frame undergoes stress relief treatment via vibration, ensuring the maintenance of parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances throughout long strokes during pressing. Ram and cushion systems operate independently; stroke and tonnage settings can be accurately controlled via the touch panel interface.

Equipped with REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic components, IE3 motor class, and PLC-controlled structure, the machine ensures high efficiency and reliable operation. The automatic lubrication system and electronic filter clogging alerts minimize maintenance requirements.

With a 300 / 100 ton capacity, this model offers an ideal industrial press solution for medium and high tonnage metal forming, deep drawing, and die applications.
