CORMAK 10 bar Diesel Compressor

CORMAK LUFT X5200 KUBOTA 10BAR

CORMAK LUFT X5200 KUBOTA PORTABLE DIESEL SCREW COMPRESSOR
The CORMAK diesel-powered screw compressor is an advanced machine equipped with reliable automation systems. Thanks to its innovative cooling and drying system, it ensures a continuous supply of clean compressed air. Its compact design makes it easy to transport on a trailer or road chassis and allows for quick and convenient positioning at the worksite.

Standard equipment and modern features – such as a noise silencer and dual air filter – make this compressor an ideal choice for fiber optic cable blowing, as well as construction, roadwork, and industrial applications (e.g., powering pneumatic hammers, sandblasting equipment, and pneumatic piercing tools). This machine combines reliability, high performance, and ease of operation in a robust, mobile housing.
KEY ADVANTAGES AND FEATURES
Reliable Kubota engine: Powered by a proven 4-cylinder Kubota diesel engine (V2403-CR-E5), ensuring smooth operation, low fuel consumption, and easy access to spare parts and servicing.

10 bar working pressure: A versatile and stable pressure level that ensures efficient operation of sandblasting equipment, drilling machines, pipe piercing equipment, and heavy-duty pneumatic tools.

Versatile transport mounting: The compact frame design allows easy installation directly on a trailer, dedicated road chassis, or the loading platform of a commercial vehicle.

Ergonomic housing with gas struts: Wide-opening service panels supported by gas-oil struts provide quick and convenient access to all inspection points and maintenance components.
TECHNOLOGY AND PERFORMANCE
CORMAK diesel-powered compressors are designed using high-quality components, ensuring a long service life and low operating costs:

High-performance screw air end: The heart of the compressor delivers high effective air output, continuous operation, and resistance to intensive use in industrial environments.

Durable, soundproofed housing: The robust construction with sound-insulating panels effectively reduces noise levels, improving comfort for the operator and the surrounding environment.

Advanced cooling system: A specially designed radiator combined with an efficient cooling system ensures optimal operating temperatures, even under heavy loads and in high ambient temperatures.

Intuitive controls: The electronic control panel enables comprehensive monitoring of key operating parameters (such as pressure and temperature), while simplifying diagnostics and maintenance scheduling.
