Function
The output voltage, which can be continuously adjusted by hand via the rotary knob, is supplied directly to the excitation coils of the test core. This is intended to generate the most homogeneous electromagnetic field possible in the air gap of the test core, allowing the characterization of core material inserted into the air gap.

The basic operation of the core test bench is controlled via the switches and indicators on the front panel of the test trolley.
