For profiling windows, doors and similar items with asymmetrical circumferential profiles. Suitable for wood thicknesses from 68 to 92 mm.

The available tool positions are selected via a selector switch from the operator panel.

Machine equipped with 3 hydraulically controlled right-hand precision lifting spindles for mounting 3 sets of tools, 2 x 95 mm spindle stroke per spindle. The spindle stroke is executed in a U-movement, allowing the opening in the fence to remain as small as possible for short workpieces. Horizontal adjustment of the spindle stroke is finely adjustable from the operator side for both tool positions. Central lubrication for the spindle units.

For tear-free profiling of window sashes or frames, as well as doors, the 1st spindle can be selected for both left and right rotation.

At the last 100 mm of each frame end, this spindle with the corresponding climb-cutting tool dips into the passing timber. This prevents the tool of the subsequent profiling spindle, operating in counter-rotation, from causing tear-out. The first 7 feed rollers can be lifted via foot switch, reducing throughput time. An additional support rail allows profiling of large-format frames.

Continuous, chainless rubber roller feed with extremely short roller spacing. Feed beam height adjustment is digitally readable.

Electrical equipment conforms to VDE regulations.

The machine is delivered with operating tools, but without processing tools.
