The KSF-mini allows for the fast and precise production of any typical cross bar joints encountered in practice. Precise machining is achieved by clamping the workpiece once and machining it on three sides.

The cutting tools are powered by two three-phase motors; clamping of the workpieces is pneumatic.
The profile cutter is matched to the width of the bar. The saw blades used for flattening can be set to the dimensions of the profile cutter using intermediate rings. The swivelling mechanism is backlash-free.

The machine accommodates a maximum workpiece cross section of 56 x 46 mm.
