The mobile dust extractor Vacomat 140/160 XPe is ideally suited for single-machine extraction. Air volumes of up to 1,593 m3/h can be conveyed by this extraction system using negative pressure, e.g. for dedusting panel saws, jointers, or thickness planers.

The dust/chip mixture is discharged into a dust-tight chip collection bin (240 l) with an inserted plastic bag. A vacuum channel securely holds the bag in the collection container. Viewing windows make it easy to monitor the fill level. The Vacomat 140/160 XPe mobile dust extractor autonomously monitors its extraction performance via a pressure sensor and guarantees maximum operational safety.

On the Vacomat 140/160 XPe, an electro-mechanical shaker motor automatically cleans the filter bags. No connection to compressed air and, thus, no compressor is required. Control can be integrated via the woodworking machine’s potential-free contacts.

The Vacomat 140/160 XPe is supplied as standard with patented SchukoCone filter bags. These are particularly well-suited for fine dust.
