The RU-GLS-ED45° Double Glazing Bead Saw is set to size manually. The machine is designed for cutting pairs of glazing beads at a 45° miter angle and features a fixed as well as a movable saw unit. The manual length adjustment is equipped with an electronic digital display. Cutting lengths from 150 mm to 2650 mm can be achieved. During the cutting operation, the glazing beads are clamped from above and from the front by a pneumatic clamping device to prevent tilting of the beads. The machine is operated via a safety two-hand control. Saw blade diameter: 250 mm, length: 3700 mm, width: 700 mm, voltage: 400 V.
