Automatic gluing machine with 4 rollers for polyvinyl acetate (PVAC), urea-formaldehyde (UF), and polyurethane adhesives, suitable for a variety of materials such as MDF, plywood, particle board, composites, and plasterboard.

This type of gluing machine enables precise and homogeneous dosing of adhesive, taking into account the corrugation of the rollers, which must be suited to the type of production. The heavy-duty construction and roller cores, manufactured with increased wall thickness compared to previous models, allow for high production rates without issues and the lamination of materials up to 2,200 mm wide. Roller removal for maintenance is a straightforward process, as the supports can be split in two using a simple bayonet coupling.

The gluing machine can also be equipped with various accessories, such as an electronic speed controller, automatic roller cleaning unit, and an automatic lifting device for the upper roller with position display on the control panel.

The S4R/P gluing machine is suitable for various types of production, including the construction sector and the manufacture of foam boards and mattresses.
