Operating Principle
Processing of structural timber for chalet construction / log house manufacturing. Beams can be processed in one pass.

• Cutting to length
• Horizontal and vertical milling of shoulders / grooves in a single clamping

• Milling of end grooves

Workpiece:

• Maximum cutting height: 200 mm
• Maximum cutting width: 250 mm

Robust construction in welded design.
Machine (horizontal and vertical milling unit) with 4 special milling motors, equipped with hardened and ground guides for highest machining accuracy. Carriage guided by dust-protected and preloaded ball bearing rollers.

Working range up to 200 x 250 mm. Fully operational, equipped with contactor control system, motors protected by thermal relays. Electrical equipment for 380 V, 50 Hz, with safety guards, central connection for customer-side chip extraction, with 2 eccentric clamps, without milling tools (rebating cutter).
Equipped with hydro-pneumatic horizontal and vertical feed, electrically controlled, synchronized with the start of the milling motors.
Rapid traverse and feed rate infinitely adjustable. Fully wired and installed, including air service unit.
Blanks with over 14 cm thickness must be machined in two clamping steps. Such blanks must be fed forward for finishing according to the excess thickness.
Machine protection hoods over moving parts with gas spring weight compensation.
