IVECO Daily City mit Penta Wave System 4 Pro

Substructure:
Stable, lightweight aluminum construction. Longitudinal and transverse beams made of aluminum. The substructure is connected to the chassis according to the truck manufacturer's guidelines. External frame with lashing points.

Floor:
Consisting of 18 mm thick vehicle construction panels, with a film coating on the underside to prevent moisture penetration, and a non-slip screen-printed texture on the top. The panels are laid flat and sealed all around.

Front wall:
Closed with corner supports extending to below the roof, filled with aluminum hollow profiles.

Side walls:
Equipped with a PentaWave sliding tarp system, which is mounted in specially shaped profiles at both the top and bottom. The side walls can be easily moved thanks to the roller carriages inside. These can be easily and quickly closed using the integrated tensioning system.

Rear wall:
Open, prepared for the installation of rear doors (see special versions!).

Roof:
Fixed roof, consisting of clamped crossbars in a 400 mm grid, with a roof tarp on top.

Impact protection:
Aluminum strip attached on both sides to guide the Penta-Wave system.

Accessories:
1 set of mudguards including splash guards
Holder for wheel chocks
Red position lights above the rear portal on the left and right, as LEDs
3rd brake light centered above the rear portal door, as LED
Contour marking according to ECR R48, white on the sides and red at the rear, stripe width 55 mm

Load securing with KIM system
3 rows of Ancra Jungfalk with TRS locking bar KIM 5 x 7 cm (ceiling-guided) with horizontal spring telescopic rods
3 additional locking bars KIM 5 x 7 cm (without ceiling guidance).
Mounting of locking bars on the additional locking bars on the right and left, made of aluminum square tube, for load securing in the longitudinal direction.

Interior lighting
1 LED light bar, centered in the superstructure, including connection to the cab - switch

2-wing rear door
Made of aluminum sandwich panels with internal rotary latch locks. The doors have a smooth surface (optimal for labeling).

Latch for the row of holes in the outer frame
4 pieces per side, mounted with a tab and stop nut (further ones can be installed upon customer request).

Side impact protection

Side flank protection, brackets galvanized and foldable, planks anodized.

Rear view camera
Rear view camera, connection to the monitor or navigation system installed by the truck manufacturer.
