SILO SYSTEM I:
Comprises 12 hopper silos, each fitted with access doors, sight glasses, and ventilation hoods. Arranged in two separate rows of six (positioned to the left and right of the bucket elevator) along the hall wall. Total storage capacity approx. 348 tons (approx. 29 tons per silo). Dimensions per silo: 3.10 m x 3.10 m, height 5.40 m, capacity approx. 26.3 tons.

SILO SYSTEM II:
Comprises three hopper silos with elevated discharge outlets, including access doors and ventilation cones:
- Silo 1: 2.10 m x 3.10 m / height 5.23 m (approx. 15 tons)
- Silo 2: 3.10 m x 3.10 m / height 5.23 m (approx. 23 tons)
- Silo 3: 2.10 m x 3.10 m / height 5.23 m (approx. 15 tons)


2 x trough chain conveyors RTF 20 S (under silo cluster), galvanized design, total length 19 m (conveying length 18 m + curve), capacity approx. 20 t/h, with reinforced roller chain.

ABC Belt Conveyor System, belt width 500 mm, throughput approx. 40 t/h.
The belt conveyors are designed as trough belt conveyors made of aluminium. All units are equipped with oil-resistant belts, spindle tension devices, feed and discharge hoppers, as well as internal and external belt scrapers.
A-Belt: 9.00 m length, with 2.2 kW drum motor
B-Belt: 22.00 m length, with 3.0 kW drum motor
C-Belt: 10.00 m length, with 2.2 kW drum motor
Including control system, cables, cable trolleys, and C-rails for cable installation. Wireless remote-control unit for mobile operation.

Mobile intake auger with hopper:
Adjustable working angle from 15° to 25° via universal joint. Length of inclined screw conveyor: 2.42 m. Discharge height: 0.92 m. Hopper tray (L x W x H): 1.49 m x 1.00 m x 0.44 m. Extension for intake hopper: 2.95 m x 1.41 m x 0.61 m.

Bucket elevator: EB 20 A design, for outdoor installation. Length: 7.0 m, throughput approx. 20 t/h.

Control cabinet for managing conveyors and belt system, steel construction, painted finish. Siemens Isobus / display with touch screen.

Quotation: Ex works, loaded. Disassembly to be carried out by the buyer. Separate sale of individual components is possible.
