Single-stage volute pump with opposing suction and discharge nozzles in an inline configuration. The suction and discharge nozzles are the same diameter. The pumps are designed according to the top-pull-out principle, meaning the pump head (motor, cover, and impeller) can easily be removed for servicing or maintenance while the pump housing remains installed in the piping. The pump is equipped with a non-balanced rubber bellows seal. The mechanical seal is according to EN 12756. Pipe connection via DIN flanges PN 16 as per EN 1092-2 and ISO 7005-2.
The pump is equipped with a fan-cooled permanent magnet synchronous motor. The motor efficiency corresponds to energy efficiency class IE5 according to IEC 60034-30-2. Speed control is ensured via a frequency converter and PI controller, both integrated in the motor terminal box.
