Application:
This machine is designed for mixing powdery solids, liquids, and pastes, as well as for incorporating fillers. The viscosity range it handles extends from low-viscosity liquids to highly viscous pastes.

Machine Construction:
The laboratory stand dissolver essentially consists of the machine stand, the lifting device, the drive for the mixing tool, the telescopic hood with spring pressure, the collet, and the control cabinet (not explosion-proof) with control system and compact controller.

In operating position, the customer-supplied mixing vessel and the telescopic hood together form an enclosed mixing chamber. The hood is equipped with a hose connection, which can be used according to the application.

The mixing tool drive is equipped with speed control via frequency converter. The configuration, power ratings, and speeds of the motors can be found in the attached project drawing.

On the compact controller display, the tool speed, mixing time/remaining time, mixing sequences, and other functions can be shown.

Operation:
Switching the machine on and off is done via corresponding push buttons on the control cabinet.

Raising the mixing tool drive:
This is done by activating the lifting motor. It will run only as long as the push buttons (2-hand safety circuit, UP-UP) are pressed. When the buttons are released, the arm stays at any chosen height.

Lowering the mixing tool drive:
To lower the arm, the corresponding buttons (2-hand safety circuit, DOWN-DOWN) on the control panel are pressed.

Mixing tool change:
The mixing tool shaft is equipped with an M8 connection thread. The mixing tool (stirring star, customer-supplied) can be unscrewed and replaced as required.

Control panel / Display:
The machine is primarily operated via the compact PLC controller "Vision 560-T25B". Exceptions are safety-related functions such as power disconnect via the main switch, emergency stop, and two-hand operation for opening or closing the mixing chamber.

The control panel consists of a backlit LCD display and membrane click buttons.

Buttons marked with a letter are assigned fixed functions and can be activated at any time, independent of the menu. Once a function has been activated, the corresponding status appears in the upper right screen section of the "Operating display" menu.

Menu screens can be scrolled using the M UP and DOWN buttons.
