Dowel Hole Drilling Machine GANNOMAT "DB 21400V, 3Ph, 50Hz / 1.5 kW complete in standard configuration with:

- Fully automatic electronic control with pulse operation via foot valve for clamping-drilling-unclamping, with electric single-cycle mode.
- Automatic retraction of the drilling unit upon reaching the preset drilling depth.
- Automatic drilling depth extension for end-face drilling. This eliminates the need to adjust the drilling depth when switching from flat-side to end-face drilling (+10 mm e.g., with a dowel length of 35 mm, flat-side drill depth 14 mm, end-face drill depth 24 mm).
- 1 drilling beam with 21 spindles, 32 mm spacing, 1.5 kW motor (drill feed 0–70 mm). Includes 21 quick-change chucks (Ganner System) for easy drill bit exchange.
- Easy swiveling of the drilling unit from 0° to 90°, supported by gas cylinder.
- 1 clamping carrier, adjustable along the Y-axis, with 3 pneumatic clamping cylinders for workpieces up to max. 80 mm in height.

Ideal stop system consisting of:
- 1 stop ruler, 1800 mm, for drilling shelf panels (aluminum profile 40×40 mm) with 3 drop stops.
- With quick-change system, easily adjustable from right to left side for mirrored shelf panel drilling in carcass construction; also suitable for line boring in System 32.
- Side stops and position adjustments, as well as drill height positioning, via worktable with mechanical digital counters.
- Side stops can be easily swung away for the quickest conversion from carcass to frame and line boring operations.
- Clamping arms for clamping carrier suitable for line boring positions up to 300 mm max.
- Ideal three-stage tooling system.

- 5 carbide dowel drills, Ø 8×77 mm, right-handed
- 4 carbide dowel drills, Ø 8×77 mm, left-handed
