FFB semi-trailer with silo, model EUT 60.3-4/4, for the transport of feed, approx. 60,000 liters volume, 4-chamber aluminum design. Rated for a trailer total weight of 34,000 kg: 10 tons saddle pressure, 24 tons axle load technically permissible, 13 tons saddle pressure, 27 tons axle load (3 x 9 tons). Unladen saddle height 1250 mm. Container design: Container with 4 chambers, approx. 8,000 / 19,000 / 17,000 / 16,000 liters volume. Pressure equalization via elongated holes in the partition walls. 4 material discharge cones with special FFB material discharge bowls, DN 800 / DN 1000. Fluidization via special fluidization valve, manufacturer OLI. Operating parameters: The pressure vessel complies with the EC Pressure Equipment Directive. Operating pressure 2 bar, test overpressure 3 bar. Wall thickness approx. 5 mm. Operating temperature -40 to 80°C. 5 manholes DN 450 with pivoting and folding dome covers. Material discharge: For each material discharge cone, a central material sump with a diameter of 200 mm. The sumps are equipped with bottom flaps DN 200 with an aluminum housing, steel plate and stainless steel shaft, NBR seal (white), which are operated laterally via remote controls. A 4" material collection line made of special steel is collected on the left side on the operating side in front of the axle unit. Chamber 1 and 2 collected in front of the axle unit and chamber 3 and 4 collected behind the axle unit. At the end of each material line, a 4" annular nozzle is installed for material acceleration. A 4" sight glass is installed behind each annular nozzle. Material discharge via one 4" TW coupling with a blank cover. Agitation nozzles in the sumps. Air piping: An aluminum air collection line is mounted on the left side on the operating side and runs to the rear with a Storz B coupling. Ladder and walkway: One stainless steel access ladder on the front and one on the rear, left side. Aluminum safety walkway on the left. Brake lock when the safety guardrail is raised. Chassis: The saddle plate is equipped with a tested 2" kingpin. Suspension: Axle unit, manufacturer SAF, type INTRADISC PLUS II INTEGRAL, 3 x 9 tons, disc brakes ø 430 mm. The air-sprung axle unit is mounted in FFB aluminum suspension. Axle spacing 2 x 1310 mm. First axle as a lift axle, controllable from the driver's cab, with starting aid. Third axle as a trailing steering axle, lockable via reverse gear and additionally via a switch on the control panel. Braking system: 2-sensor 2-module SLV ABS/EBS pneumatic braking system equipped with a spring-loaded parking brake on two axles. RSS - Rollover Stability Support. Air suspension system: Air-sprung suspension with automatic height adjustment. Lifting and lowering valve mounted laterally on a control panel in front of the first axle. Tires: 6 tires, size 385/65 R22.5, are installed. Rims: Forged aluminum rims, manufacturer Alcoa, type Dura Bright EVO, size 22.5 x 11.75. Offset: 120 mm. Wheel bolt holes: 26 mm. Wheel cover: Single-wheel plastic mudguards, black, attached with stainless steel brackets. Mud flaps mounted on the rear mudguards.
